Ch. Rosy and Dawson's Puppies Go Home
at 10 Weeks of Age (born 12/5/2009)
All families visited the kennels before being selected to own a Desert Dawg Beagle and then, visited the puppies twice during our "Puppy Meet & Greet" designed to help people connect with one another and get to know the babies. They receive weekly updates and photos on the babies to stay in touch.
(updated March 23, 2010)
"We loved the process Sue uses. We had a lot of time to learn about the baby we had selected for us and to build a relationship with both Sue and our puppy over the ten weeks. We felt that she took the time to answer our questions and support our whole family in preparing for our new arrival."

The Girls--Agate, Ellie Grace, Isabella
"Agate loves to play and she is so in synch with this family it is like we have always had her. She is a dream to train and has "take it", "leave it", and "sit" already down. She love to help my husband putter around the yard. She is also getting pretty good on a leash. Our favorite times together are early in the morning and at sunset and early evening when we hang out in the back yard together. I just love this dog! I will EASILY attest Agate is a dream dog!!!!! and you are the best!"

Ellie in her new home

"Ellie seems very happy and is carving out her place in our family quite nicely. I swear she's grown an inch and put on a couple of pounds--she's soooo pretty.
You may use whatever quote you'd like. You may also pass along e-mail and/or phone number to others.
I'd be happy to talk to them!"

Sweet Pea and Dusty at 4 weeks

Lilly and Big Boy at 4 weeks
"We bought Hannah because we have a 7 year old Beagle who needed a playmate. Hannah has the MOST beautiful face of any Beagle we've seen. but, we have the right to be prejudiced too! Hannah fit in from the first day we got her. She came in and even managed to conquer the stairs on her first day. She and our other Beagle are becoming great friends and we can't imagine life without Hannah now!"

Cilla at 3 months
"I wanted a Beagle puppy to keep me company after I retired. I found Sue on the Internet and contacted her immediately. I know that she is really Sweeney's mom and that I have the good fortune of loving Sweeney in this lifetime. Sue will always be grandma to Sweeney and I am grateful for the opportunity to love my little girl!"

"Wrigley and Molly are the best dogs ever! It is like they were born just for us. They came into our family and it seemed that they had lived with us forever. We recommend Sue all the time for a Beagle!"

Dusty at 5 months

Cassie was raised with her foster brother, Charlie (a Boston Terrier). Mama Blue raised both of the puppies beautifully. "Charlie Blue" is now being shown by his owner, Boston Terrier breeder. Alice Jacynyk.
Flash! At just 8 months, Charlie Blue won two 5 pt. majors back to back and then a 4 pt. major on the last day of the Fiesta Cluster. This gives him 14 pts. toward his championship. We were happy tell the judges that it was the Beagle milk that made him sooooo gorgeous!
Follow-up!
Charlie Blue finished his championship at 9 months of age, just 3 weeks after the Fiesta Cluster shows. See his win picture below! We couldn't be prouder of him if we had bred him ourselves!
